I have been to Mcleod’s twice. Nobody likes a car accident but both times they made the process very easy and efficient for me. There was a rental car on site waiting for me, with better daily rental rates than I could of gotten myself, anywhere. They handled 100% of my insurance interaction. The office staff was amazing. I was updated frequently without it being intrusive. They even went out of the way to find better parts for the same price as my insurance was allowing. My car was completed the day they told me and the pick up was just as easy as the drop off. The work is always top notch. I received a quality repair with excellent customer service. A big thank you to Nicole and Linda! Thanks for making this especially easy on me. The combination is absolutely stunning.
